Amalfi Pre-Season

Greetings All, welcome back to my weekly photo series. This week, continuing the 2018 Italy trip.

Having left Sorrento by bus, travelling around some very tight, hair-raising, cliff-side bends, I arrived in Amalfi on a cold, wet day. So I've decided to leave Day 1 images out for now and present Day 2 when the sun comes out.

It was late winter/ early spring, and there were few tourists, but it was interesting (and affordable) to check out the locals going about their day and preparing for the peak tourist season. A fresh coat of paint is being applied, and maintenance of this pretty little coastal town.
